压宁冲剂治疗高血压病临床疗效观察

目的观察压宁冲剂治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法将100例高血压病患者随机分为2组。对照组50例采用贝那普利治疗,治疗组50例采用贝那普利加压宁冲剂治疗。2组疗程均为30日,观察2组临床疗效、血压变化及主要症状改善情况。结果2组主要症状消失或改善情况治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血压均平稳下降,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92.0%,对照组总有效率66.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未见不良反应。结论压宁冲剂治疗高血压病疗效确切。

Clinical effect of Ya Ning granule on hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ya Ning granule for treating patients with hypertension.Method 100 cases with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=50) were treated only by Benazepril Tablet.And patients in treatment group(n=50) were treated by combination of Benazepril Tablet and Ya Ning granule.The course in both groups was 30 days.The effect,change of blood pressure and improvement of main symptoms were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Result Improvement of blood pressure and symptoms in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group(92.0%) was higher than that in control group(66.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Ya Ning granule has a definite effect on the treatment of hypertension.
