急性脑血管病患者的职业、经济收入对记忆功能的影响

目的研究急性脑血管病(acutecerebrovasculardisease,ACVD)患者的职业、家庭经济收入对其记忆功能的影响。方法用修订韦氏记忆量表(WMS)检测120例ACVD患者的记忆功能。结果ACVD患者的WMS各量表粗分、量表分和MQ值明显低于对照组;工人、农民的WMS各量表粗分、量表分和MQ值明显低于干部和科技工作者,其异常率则明显高于干部和科技工作人员;家庭人均收入与WMS粗分、量表分和MQ呈明显正相关(r=0.21～0.51),大多数量表分、总量表分和MQ均表现为小于或等于500～799元组明显低于大于500～799元组。阳性率则仅小于300元组明显高于800～1199元组。结论ACVD患者瞬时、短时、长时记忆均明显损害;工人、农民的3种记忆损害均较干部、科技工作者重;家庭人均收入少于和等于500～799元者各项记忆损害亦大于500～799元者;干部、科技工作职业、较高家庭收入对记忆功能损害有保护作用。

Effect of occupations and economic income on faculty of memory in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease

Aim To study the effect of occupations an d economic income on the faculty of memory in patients w ith acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD).Methods The faculties of memory of 120patien ts with ACVD were evaluated with Wechsler memory scale(WMS ).Results The raw scores,the scale scores and the memo ry quotient (MQ)of the patients with ACVD were significantly lower than t hose of the normal controls.The raw scores,the scale scores and the memo ry quotient of ordinary workers and peasants were significantly lower a nd the abnormality rates were signif icantly higher than those of cadres and scien tific and technical workers.There e x-isted significant positive correla tion between the family income per ca pita and the WMS scores and MQ of the patients with ACVD(r=0.21-0.51).The most of scale scores,total scale scores and MQ in the patients with the fam ily income of 500-799yuan were signific antly lower than those of the patient s with the family income more than 500-799yuan.The positive rates of the patients with the family income of <300yuan were significantly higher th an those of the patients with the family income of 800-1199yuan.Conclu-sions The long term,short term and immedia te memories of the patients with ACVD were damaged obviously.The faculty of memory of ordinary workers and peasants was damaged more severely than that of the cadres and scientific and technical workers,a nd the faculty of memory of the patien ts with the family income less than 500-799yuan and 500-799yuan were damaged more severely than that of th e patients with the family income more than 500-799yuan.It suggests that o ccupations of cadres and scientific and technical workers and higher fam ily income have protective effect on faculty of memory.
