循证护理在预防化疗期白血病患儿口腔溃疡中的应用

目的：探讨循证护理在预防化疗期白血病患儿口腔溃疡中的效果。方法：将123例白血病患儿随机分为对照组64和观察组各59例。对照组采用传统口腔护理方法；观察组运用循证护理理念，找出存在的共性问题，针对问题，实施具体护理措施。疗程结束后，观察两组口腔溃疡的发生情况。结果：两组口腔渍疡发生率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：将循证护理应用于白血病患儿化疗期口腔护理中，能提高护理质量，减少口腔溃疡的发生率。

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Preventing Oral Ulcer in Leukemia Childen during Chemotherapy

Objective： To investigate the effect of evidence - based nursing in preventing oral ulcer in the leukemia childen during chemotherapy. Method： 123 leukemia childen were divided into two groups： control group （ 64 children ） and experiment group （ 59 children ）. Tradition oral care was taken in the control group, while evidence - based nursing was taken in the experiment group. To find the co - existing problems with evidence - based nursing mind and take measures to do with them. To observe the morbidity of oral ulcer in the two groups after chemotherapy. Result： There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： It can promote the quality of care, and reduce the incidence of oral ulcer while taking evidence -based nursing in the oral care in the leukemia children.
