| 摘 要： | 采用自行设计、专业厂生产的食管带鞘双气囊导管,对食管狭窄的50例患者行扩张治疗.结果50例食管狭窄的患者,经气囊扩张治疗后,45例效果良好.食管带鞘双气囊扩张导管可减轻病人痛苦,增加插管成功率,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | The esophageal balloon dilations were performed in 50 patients with the double-balloon catheters with a sheathdesigned by us. The result is that the curative effect is significant except 5 cases. This new-style balloon catheter can relieve the pain of patients and increase the rate of successful intubation, and it is worthy of popularization and application. |
