腹壁子宫内膜异位症病灶切除围手术期护理体会

目的：总结腹壁子宫内膜异位症病灶切除围手术期护理经验。方法：回顾性分析本院2007年01月至2009年08月收治的27例腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者病灶切除围手术期的临床护理方法。结果：27例患者经术前护理、术中护理、术后护理以及出院指导后症状消失，无1例复发。结论：正确的护理方法可有效地配合腹壁子宫内膜异位症的治疗，减少患者痛苦，使患者早日康复。

Abdominal endometriosis lesions excision perioperative care

Objective： To summarize the abdominal wall endometriosis lesions excision perioperative care experience. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the clinical nursing methods on 27 eases, which has abdominal endometriosis from 2007 January to August 2009. Results ： It was loud that no recurrence of the 27 patients in the preoperative nursing, postoperative nursing care, and after discharge guidance symptoms disappeared. Conclusion： The correct nursing methods can effectively remedy the endometriosis of abdominal, reduce the pain of patients and Accelerate rehabilitation.
