| 摘 要： | 目的探讨X线钼靶、高频超声联合诊断早期乳腺癌（EBC）的价值。方法采用x线钼靶、高频超声及两者联用对144例女性乳腺肿物患者进行检查，比较三种检查方法的差异。结果X线钼靶与高频超声检查联合应用的乳腺癌阳性诊断符合率均高于单行x线钼靶检查或高频超声检查。结论X线钼靶摄片和高频超声检查各有优势，联合应用能明显提高乳腺癌诊断的阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of mammography combined with high frequency ultrasound for the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods All the 144 female patients with breast lump were examed by mammography, high frequency ultrasound and the both. The differences of the 3 examinations were compared. Results The coincidence of positive diagnostic rate by combined application of mammography and high frequency ultrasound was higher than that using single one. Conclusion Mammography or high frequency ultrasound has its advantage respectively. The combination increases the positive diagnostic rate of the early breast cancer. |
