| 摘 要： | 1名22岁女性,因感染给予头孢他啶3.0g静脉滴注。输液开始后1h,患者出现双足趾胀痛、牙痛、胸闷、口周麻木等症状。立即停止输液,给予抗过敏治疗,约1.5h后症状缓解。

| Abstract: | A 22-year-old woman with infection received ceftazidime 3.0 g by intsavenous drip.One hour after the initiation of the infusion,she developed distending pain of toes,toothache,chest distress,and perioral numbness.The infusion was stopped immedia-tely.She was given antianaphylaxis therapy.About one and a half hour later,the symptoms resolved. |
