E-Cad和COX-2的表达与胃癌组织生物学行为的关系

目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX -2)及E- Cad在胃癌中的表达,关注二者的关系及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测我院62例胃癌标本作为研究对象,以20例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,检测两组中COX -2和E- Cad的表达.结果:E - Cad在正常胃黏膜中阳性表达率75.0％,胃癌组织阳性表达28.3％.两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);COX-2在胃癌组织阳性表达率68.3％,在正常胃组织中表达率30.0％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；相关性研究显示两者在胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r =0.26,P=0.039),即随着E-Cad表达降低,COX -2表达增高.结论:胃癌组织中COX -2、E- Cad的异常表达,可促进胃癌的浸润、转移,对判断胃癌预后有一定价值.

E-Cad and COX-2 Expression and Gastric Cancer Tissue Biological Behavior

Objective:To investigate the expression of COX-2 and E-cad in gastric carcinoma and explore their relationship and clinical significance.Methods:The expression of COX-2 and E-cad was detected by immunohistochemistry in 62 gastric cancer specimens collected after operations and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa as control.Results:The expression rates of E-cad in gastric cancer tissues was 28.3%,high expression in normal gastric mucosa tissue(P<0.01),but the expression rates of COX-2 in gastric cancer tissues was 68.3%.lower positive expression in normal gastric mucosa tissue(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between COX-2 and E-cad expressionin gastric cancer,as the expression of E-cad lower,the expression of COX-2 increased.Conclusions:The overexpression of COX-2 and E-cad in gastric carcinoma enhances the possibility of invasion and metastasis and could be one of the signs of the poor prognosis.
