艾司西酞普兰与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的:研究艾司西酞普兰和西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的有效性和安全性.方法:80例抑郁症患者随机分入艾司西酞普兰组与西酞普兰组治疗8周,两组患者均用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定,安全性评价应用副反应量表(TESS)及实验室检查,在治疗前、中、后1、2、4、8周分别评定疗效.结果:艾司西酞普兰组有效率85％,西酞普兰组有效率82.5％,两组总体疗效差异有统计学意义(P=0.025),艾司西酞普兰起效更迅速.两组不良反应均较轻微,对症处理即可.结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症疗效肯定,起效迅速.

A Comparative Study of Escitalopram and Citalopram in the Treatment of Depression

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of escitalopram and citalopram in the treatment of Depression.Method: 80 patients with Depression were randomly divided into escitalopram group and citalopram group.The course of treatments was 8 weeks.The therepeutic effects were evaluated by Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD),and side effects were assessed by treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Result: The efficacy rate of escitalopram group were 85% and citalpram group were 82.5% and there was a significantly difference(P=0.025),The effect of escitalopram is more quickly than citalopram and side effect of all of them is less.Conclusion: Escitalopram is one of effective antidepression.
