奥沙利铂联合不同使用方法5-氟尿嘧啶／亚叶酸钙方案治疗晚期结肠直肠癌对比研究

目的比较奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合不同使用方法5-氟尿嘧啶,亚叶酸钙(5-Fu/FA)方案治疗晚期结肠直肠癌的疗效及不良反应。方法62例患者均可参加疗效评价,ArmA方案32例,ArmB方案30例,AnnA方案：L-OHP 130mg/m~2静滴d1；FA200mg/m~2/d,5-Fu 425mg/m~2/d分别静滴,均d1-5,每3周重复,3周为1周期。ArmB方案：L-OHP 85mg/m~2静滴d1；FA200mg/m~2/d静滴后,5-Fu400 mg/m~2/d静推,然后5- Fu600mg/m~2/d持续微量泵注射22小时,d1-2,每2周重复,4周为1周期。结果ArmA方案CR1例,PR14例,总有效率46．9％。ArmB方案CR1例,PR11例,总有效率40％。均较少严重不良反应。结论L-OHP联合不同使用方法5-Fu/FA方案治疗晚期结肠直肠癌均有较高疗效,毒副作用相近。

The Comparison of L-OHP Combined with 5-Fu/FA Policy in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of L-OHP combined with 5-Fu/FA policy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 62 cases were evaluated,32 cases were Arm A policy and 30 cases were Arm B policy.Ann A policy:L-OHP 130mg/m2 ivgtt d1; FA200mg/m2/d ivgtt d1-5,5Fu 425mg/m2/d ivgtt d1-5,every 3 weeks repeated,a acycle was 3 weeks.Arm B policy:L-OHP 85mg/m2 ivgtt d1; FA200mg/m2/d ivgtt,5-Fu40Omg/m2/d iv,followed by 5-Fu600mg/m2/d civ for 22 hours,d1-2,every 2 weeks repeated,a cycle was 4 weeks.Results Arm A policy:1 case had complete response,14 eases had partial response;the response rate was 46.9%.Arm B policy:1 case had complete response,11 cases had partial response;the response rate was 40%.serious adverse effects were less.Conclusion L-OHP combining with 5-Fu/FA policy had higher response rate;its adverse effects were mild and well tolerated.
