复方苦参注射液对转移性肾癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的：探讨复方苦参注射液对转移性肾癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法：将 71例转移性肾癌患者随机分为两组，对照组39例，用白细胞介素 ２（IL-2）和干扰素 α（IFNα）治疗，治疗组33例，在常规治疗的基础上加用复方苦参注射液20mL静脉滴注；于治疗前 １周、治疗后 １个月分别监测患者外周血 CD３＋、CD４＋、CD８＋、CD４＋／CD８＋比值免疫功能指标。结果：两组治疗后 CD３＋、CD４＋和 CD４＋／CD８＋比值上升，CD８＋细胞比例下降，与治疗前比较，差异均具有显著性（Ｐ＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组各项指标变化与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论：在常规 IL-2和 IFNα 治疗的基础上联合复方苦参注射液能够进一步提高转移性肾癌患者细胞免疫功能。

Effect of Compound Matrine Injection on Immunity Function of Patients with Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective： To study the effect of Compound Matrine Injection on the immunity function in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma（ MRCC）. Methods： 70 cases of MRCC were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given IL-2 and IFN-α,the treatment group was treated with compound matrine injection（ 20 mL,ivgtt） based on the conventional treatment. Detected the imunity function of 70 cases,including the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋T cells,ratio of CD4＋/ CD8＋,one week before therapy and one month after therapy. Results： After treatment,CD3＋,CD4＋,and ratio of CD4＋/ CD8＋were increased,proportion of CD8＋cells was decreased of the two groups,and the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the indicators change of treatment group compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Matrine Injection can further improve cellular immunity function in MRCC patients,on the basis of the routine treatment of IL-2 and IFN-α.
