化疗补血方防治化疗后贫血及白细胞减少症临床研究

目的：探讨化疗补血方防治化疗后贫血及白细胞减少症的有效性和安全性。方法：59例肿瘤患者随机分为对照组29例和治疗组30例。对照组口服利可君片每次20 mg,每天3次;治疗组在化疗的基础上,加服化疗补血方,每日1剂,早晚2次,两组疗程均为30 d。观察两组患者用药前后血红蛋白和白细胞的变化情况。结果：两组患者治疗后血红蛋白含量及白细胞数均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组,两组的有效率分别为93.3%和72.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论：化疗补血方在防治化疗后贫血及白细胞减少症方面具有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应小。

Clinical Study on Hualiaobuxue Recipe Prevention and Treatment of Cancer Related Anemia and Leukopenia After Chemotherapy

Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of Hualiaobuxue Recipe prevention and treatment of cancer related anemia,and leukopenia after chemotherapy. Methods： 59 cases of tumor related anemia and leukopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 29 cases. The control group was given Lixuesheng 20 mg each time,3 times a day; the treatment group was treated with Hualiaobuxue Recipe based on the control group,2 times a day,two groups were treated for30 days. Observed the changes of hemoglobin and leucocyte in two groups before and after the treatment. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients the decrease of white blood cell anemia and chemotherapy after tumor were 72. 4% and93. 3%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Hualiaobuxue Recipe in the treatment of blood side cancer-related anemia and leukopenia after chemotherapy has clinical curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction.
