摘    要:目的:探讨早期生长反应基因-1(Egr-1)在小鼠和人体正常组织细胞中的表达情况及其生理学功能,方法:用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法对小鼠和人的不同组织进行Egr-1检测。结果:Egr-1mRNA和Egr-1蛋白阳 性信号呈棕褐色,位于细胞浆和细胞核,组织中生长活跃的细胞可见相对高水平的Egr-1表达。结论:Egr-1mRNA和Egr-1蛋白的高表达主要在生长活跃的组织并有重要的生理学功能。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of early growth response gene-1(Egr-1) in normal mouse and human tissues and its physiologic function. Methods: In-situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used respectively to detect Egr-1mRNA and protein in different tissues of mouse and human.Results:Egr-1 mRNA and Egr-1 protein positive signals were brown in color, located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Egr-1 expression had relatively high level in active growth cells. Conclusion: The expressions of Egr-1 mRNA and Egr-1 protein are mainly in active growth tissues and play an important physiologic function.
