高血压合并糖耐量减低患者颈动脉硬化与脂蛋白(a)的关系

目的:探讨脂蛋白aLp(a)]与高血压并糖耐量减低(IGT)患者颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:选择单纯高血压患者82例,单纯糖耐量减低患者84例,高血压合并糖耐量减低患者86例,采用彩色超声仪检测颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(I MT),采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定血清中Lp(a)。结果:高血压并IGT的患者的Lp(a)值(179.5±23.4)mg/L],颈动脉I MT(1.24±0.11)mm],明显高于单纯高血压组(138.8±17.8)mg/L,(0.94±0.14)mm]及单纯糖耐量减低组(142.3±18.0)mg/L,(1.02±0.12)mm],P均0.05。高血压合并糖耐量减低的患者Lp(a)与I MT值呈正相关(r=0.654,P0.05)。结论:Lp(a)在高血压合并糖耐量减低患者颈动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中可能起重要作用。

Correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and lipoprotein(a) in hypertensive patients complicated with impair glucose tolerance

Objective： To observe the correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and Lipoprotein （a） Lp （a）] in hypertensive patients complicated with impair glucose tolerance （IGT）. Methods： The carotid artery intima media thickness （IMT） and carotid plaques were measured by ultrasonography and Lp （a） were determined by ELISA in 82 hypertensive patients （EH） alone, 84 patients with impair glucose tolerance alone and in 86 patients with EH and IGT. Results： The Lp （a） （179.5±23.4） mg/L] carotid artery IMT （1.24±0.11） mini in patients with EH and IGT were more than those of patients with EH group （138.8±17.8） rag/L, （0.94±0.14） mini, and with IGT group （142.3±18.0） mg/L, （1.02±0. 12） mm], P〈0.05 all. Serum Lp （a）was positively related with IMT （r= 0. 654, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Lp （a） may play a role in the development and progression of carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients complicated with impair glucose tolerance.
