| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨踝管综合征的临床诊断及术后疗效。 方法 对 1 998年～ 1 999年收治的 1 0例踝管综合征就其术前诊断及术后疗效进行回顾性分析 ,其中 6例术前行肌电图检查 ,术后经 1～ 2年随访 ,应用 Pferiffer法进行评价。 结果 术后 1年随访 ,患足 Pfeiffer法评价 5例为优 ,4例良 ,1例差。 结论 根据症状、体征 ,并结合肌电图技术 ,可早期明确临床诊断。由于神经的损伤程度与病程的长短、卡压的程度有关 ,应早期手术 ,以提高治疗效果

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of tarsal tunnel syndrome. Methods From 1998 to 1999, 10 cases of tarsal tunnel syndrome were reviewed, and the outcomes of operation were analyzed according to Pefeiffer's method. Out of 10 cases, 6 were examined using electromyography preoperatively. Results After 1 to 2 year follow up, postoperative outcomes were excellent in 5 cases, good in 4 cases, and poor in 1 case according Pefiffer's method. Conclusion A combination of symptoms and physical signs, and electromyography may increase the diagnosis rate; and early operation will improve the therapy results. |
