| 摘 要： | 本文对236例充血性心力衰竭患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。发现其中采用地高辛加氢氯噻嗪对照组139例者(男102例,女37例;年龄44±10a)与上述药物基础上再加用硝酸异山梨酯10mg/次,每日3-6次者治疗组97例(男73例,女24例;年龄47±10a)比较,2组疗程均≥3wk。发现加用硝酸异山梨酯组心衰程度改善明显优于未加用组(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | The 236 patients with congestive heart failure were divided into 2 groups: (A) 139 patients(M 102, F 37; age44 ± 10 a)were treated with digoxin 0.125-0.25 mg qd or bid and hydrochloro-thiazide 50-100 mg qd po; and(B) 97 patients(M 73, F 24; age 47± s 10 a)were given isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg, 3-6 times/d in addition. The courses of treatment were ≥ 3 wk in both groups. The results showed better cardiac functions and lower heart failure scores in group B than group A. |
