军校医学硕士生289例SCL-90自评结果分析

目的 :了解我军高层次医学人才的心理健康状况 ,为该特定人群的心理评估和心理保健工作提供依据 .方法 :应用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )对某军校 2 0 0 0级全体医学硕士生进行调查 ,并将结果与国内几项研究成果进行比较 .结果 :34例 (1 1 .8% )被评为异常 ,发生频率居前三位的因子依次为 :强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁 ;阳性应答率居前的项目依次为感到要很快把事情做完、忘性大、担心自己衣饰整齐及仪态端正 .各因子分除强迫、抑郁、精神病性低于正常成人值无显著性差异外 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,余皆有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) .各项均低于中国军人且有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) .躯体化因子 31～35岁组与 2 6～ 30岁组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,36～ 4 0岁组偏执因子显著高于 2 5岁以下组 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :该人群的心理健康状况优于中国成人和军人 ,有 34例 (1 1 .8% )的人可能存在心理问题 ,主要的问题为强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁 .

Analysis of symptom checklist-90 on 289 medical graduate students of military university

AIM: To know psycological status of medical graduate students in military university, to provide reference to psycological hygiene work. METHODS: The authors investigated 289 medical graduate students in military university by symptom checklist 90 and compared it with other reseach results. RESULTS: Thirty four (11.8%) students were high scored. The possible happened factors were compulsion, interpersonnal sensitivity and depression.The possible happened items were item 86 (I should finish the task as soon), item 9 (I was more forgettable than ever) and item 10 (I cared more about my appearance); All factor scores were lower than that of Chinese adult group and most of them showed significant difference ( P <0.05). All factor scores were lower than that of Chinese soldier group ( P <0.01) . Somatization score of 31-35 age group was higher than that of 26-30 age group ( P <0.05), paranoid ideation score of 36-40 age group was higher than that of <25 age group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Psycological status of medical graduate students in military university were better than that of Chinese adults and soldiers. Thirty four (11.8%) medical graduate students had psycological problems. Main problems were compulsion, interpersonnal sensitivity and depression.
