医学信息学课程内容与教学模式改革的探讨

本文针对21世纪信息化社会对医学人才的需求和目前医学院校计算机教学的现状，阐述了在医学院校开设医学信息学课程的必要性。明确培养目标，把医学知识与信息技术有机结合是医学信息学课程体系的基础；建立医院实习基地是提高医学信息学教学质量的保证；强化实践教学，注重培养学生的应用能力是实现医学信息学教学目标的关键。围绕上述三个环节，本文着重探讨了医学信息学教学目标的制订、教学内容的组织和优化以及教学模式的改革。

Reform in the organization and teaching model of the curriculum of medical informatics

This paper elaborates the necessity of offering medical informatics in medical school by taking into account the requirement for medical personnel in informationized society in the 21^st century and the status quo of computer instruction in medical school. Defining the objectives of medical education and combining medical knowledge with information technology in a consistent way is the basis of the curricular system of medical informatics. Setting up bases of medical practice in hospitals will guarantee the quality of teaching in medical informatics. Intensifying teaching in practice and attaching importance to cultivating the practical ability of the students is the key to attaining the teaching goal of medical informatics. Based on the above - mentioned three key links, this paper emphatically probe into the setting of the teaching objectives, the organization and optimization of teaching content and the reform of teaching model in medical informatics.
