| 摘 要： | 目的：总结急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的经验体会。方法：回顾性分析93例急性胆囊炎患者行LC的临床资料。结果：90例（96.8%）成功完成了LC,3例（3.2%）因炎症粘连,严重水肿、出血而中转开腹手术,1例中转开腹病人术后出现胆汁渗漏,经腹腔引流管治愈。所有病人均无术后出血、内脏损伤、胆道损伤等并发症发生。结论：急性胆囊炎行急诊LC是可行的,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.Methods: Clinical records of 93 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by Lc were respectively reviewed.Results: LC was successfully accomplished in 90 cases(96.8%).and a conversion to open surgery was required in 3 cases(3.2%) because of inflammatory adhesion,serious edema,severe wound hemorrhage.Biliary leakage happened in 1 case that was converted to open surgery and was cured with indwelling abdominal drainage.N... |
