| 摘 要： | 本文用放免法测定了２６例妊高征和３０例正常孕妇的肾素活性（ＰＲＡ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡｎｇⅡ）、醛固酮（Ａｌｄ）和心钠素（ＡＮＰ）的水平。结果：妊高征孕妇和胎儿的ＰＥＡ、ＡｎｇⅡ、Ａｌｄ及ＡＮＰ均显著高于对照组，正常妊娠的ＰＲＡ、ＡｎｇⅡ、Ａｌｄ与ＡＮＰ间的负相关性在妊高征时不存在。表明：ＲＡＡＳ及其与ＡＮＰ间的动态平衡失调在妊高征的发病中起重要作用。因此提出高活性心钠素和心钠素降解酶抑制剂将为妊高征的治疗开辟新途径。
