摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜癌中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达及其与临床病理学之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例子宫内膜癌组织、25例子宫内膜非典型增生组织和25例正常子宫内膜组织中的VEGF蛋白的表达及微血管密度(micro-vessel density,MVD)。结果子宫内膜癌组织的VEGF阳性表达率为65%,VEGF蛋白表达及MVD在子宫内膜癌组织中均显著高于子宫内膜非典型增生组织及正常子宫内膜组织(P〈0.05);子宫内膜癌组VEGF表达与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润肌层深度、病理分期密切相关(P〈0.05),而与患者的年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P〉0.05)。结论 VEGF的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,有望作为子宫内膜癌抗血管治疗的靶标。

Preliminary study on the expression and significance of VEGF in endometrial cancer

Abstract:Objective To study the role and the significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression and the relationship between VEGF and clinicopathologic characteristics of endometrial cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to quantify VEGF expression and microvessel density(MVD)in 60 cases of endometrial cancer,25 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 25 cases of normal endometrium tissues.Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in endometrial cancer was 65%,The expression of VEGF and MVD were significantly higher in endometrial cancer than that in atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and normal endometrium tissues(P0.05).In respect of lymph node metastasis,pathology stages and tumor's differentiation degrees were correlated with VEGF expression(P0.05),but there was no significant correlation between the patients' age and tumor size(P0.05).Conclusion VEGF would play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of endometrial cancer and it would be the target for the therapy of anti-angiogenesis in endometrial cancer.
