马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效分析

摘    要:目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效及对血流速度的影响。方法将132例椎.基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各66例。治疗组患者给予马来酸桂哌齐特联合阿魏酸钠注射液治疗,对照组给予胞二磷胆碱注射液联合阿魏酸钠注射液治疗的患者进行临床疗效及治疗前后经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查血流速度的变化。结果治疗组的疗效显著优于对照组(P〈0.05),治疗组在治疗后TCD检查血流速度有明显变化(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且无明显副作用。结论马来酸桂派齐特注射液治疗椎.基底动脉供血不足疗效明显,提高血流速度明显。

Abstract:Objective Observation maleate cinepazide injection in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency of the efficacy and impact on the flow velocity. Methods To 132 cases of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency were randomty divided into treatment group and 66 cases of control group. Patients with the treatment group given maleate cinepazide injection of sodium ferulate combined treatment, the control group Citicoline sodium ferulate injection and injection in the treatment of patients before and after treatment the clinical efficacy and transcranial Doppler Le ultrasound (TCD) blood flow velocity changes in inspection. Results Efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group (P &lt ;0. 05 ), the treatment group after the TCD examination in the treatment of significant changes in blood flow velocity ( P &lt ;0. 05 or P &lt ;0. 01 ), and no significant side effects. Conclusion Obvious effect of this therapy and significantly improve the blood flow velocity.
