| Abstract: | An 84-year-old woman presented with a right upper eyelid nodule, first noted 1 month earlier. Incisional biopsy revealed leiomyosarcoma, which was subsequently treated with wide excision and adjunctive radiotherapy. There has been no evidence of tumor recurrence in 3 years of follow-up. |
