泪道内窥镜联合硅胶管植入治疗鼻泪管阻塞

目的 研究泪道内窥镜治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效.方法 对自2007年2～11月选择了52例71只眼鼻泪管阻塞患者,在局麻下,扩张泪点后将泪道内窥镜按常规泪道探通法插入泪道,监视器屏幕直视下找到鼻泪管阻塞部位.直视下以微型环钻、激光清除阻塞处组织,使泪道完全通畅后,将硅胶管插入泪道鼻泪管并固定于鼻泪管内.结果 52例(71只眼)鼻泪管阻塞患者在泪道内窥镜下联合硅胶管植入治疗后,随访3～6个月,治愈69只眼,治愈率达97.1%.结论 在泪道内窥镜下,可以直接观察泪道内部情况,找到阻塞部位,能进行损伤最小的治疗,恢复鼻泪管的生理结构,术后反应轻,临床再通率高,是理想的治疗方法.

Treatment of nasolaerimal duct obstruction under Lacrimal endoscopic and implantation of the silicone tube
