| 摘 要： | 老年人的外周血单个核细胞在体外经植物血凝素刺激后产生的白细胞介素2(IL-2)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性和免疫干扰素(r-IFN)效价均较中青年人减低。IL—2、NK活性和r—IFN较价均呈明显的正相关。提示IL-2在老年人的免疫功能缺陷中可能起重要作用,可用于研究衰老的免疫机制,并可作为一种免疫调节剂应用。

| Abstract: | Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from aged and young-middle aged donors were cultured with phytohemagglutinin.Cultures of interleukin 2 (IL-2) and immune interferon (r-IFN) activity from the aged produced less than those from the young middle aged. Natural killer (NK) activity of PBMC from the aged was lower than that from the young-middle aged.There were significant correlations between any two of the three, namely IL-2, NK activity and rIFN.It suggests that IL-2 might play an impartant role in the immune deficiency in aged people, and the possible IL-2 activity assay may be used as a method for researching immune mechanisms of aging and as an immunoregulatory agent in aged people. |
