摘    要:目的探讨补阳还五汤化裁对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿的影响。方法将55只大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组和治疗组。对照组和治疗组大鼠制作成右侧纹状体出血模型,对照组不作任何干预,治疗组给予补阳还五汤化裁治疗。在相应的时间点进行脑组织含水量测定和神经功能评分。结果治疗组与对照组分别在6h、12h及1d时比较脑组织含水量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而3d和7d时比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组、对照组与假手术组在1d时的脑组织含水量差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组与对照组分别在6h、12h、1d及3d时比较神经功能评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而两组在7d时比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).而治疗组、对照组与假手术组在1d时的神经功能评分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论补阳还五汤化裁可以减轻脑水肿,改善神经功能。

Influence of adjusted Buyang Huanwu Decoction on rat cerebral edema after cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To investigate the Influence of adjusted Buyang Huanwu Decoction on rat cerebral edema 'after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 55 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, control group and treatment group. The rats of treatment group and control group were made into the right striatum bleeding model, while the con- trol group were given no any intervention and treatment group gotten adjusted Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The brain water content determination and neurological function score were made in corresponding point of time. Results As to brain water content, the differences between treatment group and control group had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05) respectively in 6 hours, 12 hours and 1 day, but had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05) in 3 and 7 days; the dif- ferences between both group and sham operation group had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05) in 1 day. As to neurologi- cal function score, the difference between treatment group and control group had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05) respectively in 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day and 3 days, but had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05) in 7 days; the differences between both group and sham operation group had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05) in 1 day. Conclusion Ad- justed Buyang Huanwu Decoction can alleviate cerebral edema and improve neurological function.
