儿童支原体肺炎的X线诊断分析及临床特征

目的探讨儿童支原体肺炎的X线片表现及临床特征。方法选择2010年3月至2012年3月重庆三峡中心医院儿童分院诊治的儿童支原体肺炎66例,对其临床资料和间质浸润型、小斑片或扇形浸润型、肺门阴影增浓型以及节段或叶型实质浸润等X线影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果 66例儿童支原体肺炎患儿中,间质浸润型19例(28.79%)、小斑片或扇形浸润型23例(34.85%)、肺门阴影增浓型13例(占19.7%)、节段或叶型实质浸润11例(16.66%)。治疗3周后X线片与治疗前、治疗1周后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 X线检查能够为支原体肺炎的临床诊断和治疗,提供客观的理论依据,同时其表现也有多样性特点,需与临床症状、实验室检查结果相结合,提高临床诊断率。

X-ray Diagnosis and Clinical Features of Children Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To explore the X-ray manifestations and clinical features of children mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Sixty-six cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in Chongqing Three Gorges Center Hospital Children Branch from March 2010 to March 2012 were regarded as the research objects.The clinical data and X-ray diagnosis such as interstitial infiltrates type,small patch or fan infiltrating type,hilar shadow enrichment type,and segment or leaf type parenchymal infiltration were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 66 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,there were 19 cases(28.79%) of interstitial infiltrates type,23 cases(34.85%) cases of small patch or fan infiltrating type,13 cases(19.7%) of hilar shadow enrichment type,11 cases(16.66%) cases of segment or leaf type parenchymal infiltration.Compared with before treatment,after 1-week-treatment,the X ray films of 3-week-treatment were statistically significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion X-ray examination can provide the objective theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.And since it has versatile manifestations,the combination of X-ray exam and the clinical symptoms,laboratory findings is needed to improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
