我院249例药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解海口市琼山区人民医院（以下简称“我院”）药品不良反应（ADR）发生的情况与特点，促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2008年1月～2010年6月上报的249例有效ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果249份ADR报告中，各年龄段均有分布，但老年人和儿童多见；引起ADR的主要用药途径为静脉给药，占86．35％；抗感染药引起的ADR最多，占76．31％（190例）；皮肤及附件损害最多，有123例（47．67％）；新的、严重的ADR31例，占12．45％。结论应加强ADR的监测工作，促进临床合理用药。

Analysis on adverse drug reaction of 249 patients in our hospital

Objective To investigate the occurrence and characteristics on adverse drug reaction （ADR） in People＇s Hospital of Qiongshan District in Haikou City the in order to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods 249 ADR report of patients in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 249 ADR report, the distribution of it in all ages, but it is the most common in old people and children; the main route of Admin- istration to cause the ADR was intravenous administration （86.35%）; anti-infective drug induced ADR up, accounted for 76.31% （190 cases）; the most damage in skin and accessories, there were 123 cases （47.67%）; a new, serious ADR in 31 cases, accounted for 12.45% of the total. Conclusion ADR monitoring work should be strengthened to promote the rational use of drugs.
