丘脑梗死临床症状及其相关机制

临床上,丘脑梗死约占缺血性脑卒中的3.1%,其治疗手段主要包括扩容、抗凝、脱水和溶栓药物治疗等,但其疗效及预后较差。目前,关于丘脑梗死的研究多为回顾性研究,且有一定的局限性,无法对不同患者制订绝对有效的治疗方案和康复计划。因此,对丘脑梗死的临床症状与丘脑相应供血血管之间关系进行分析和总结,了解其相关机制,对临床诊断及治疗工作有很大帮助。

The Clinical Symptoms and Related Mechanism of Thalamic Infarction

Clinically,thalamus infarction accounts for about 3.1% of ischemic cerebral infarction.The treatments of thalamus infarction mainly include dilaxuation,anticoagulation,dehydration and thrombolytic drug therapy etc.,but the curative effect and prognosis is poor.At present,most of the researches about the thalamus infarction are retrospective,and have certain limitation,so it's impossible to make absolutely effective treatment and rehabilitation program to different patients.Therefore,in order to understand the related mechanism,it is of great help for clinical diagnosis and treatment to analyze and summarize the relationship of the clinical symptoms of thalamus infarction and the main arteries of thalamus.
