| 摘 要： | 糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）是糖尿病患者的常见并发症之一，其发病机制十分复杂，并发DPN严重影响患者的生活质量。在治疗方面，目前尚无特效的西药。中药木丹颗粒成分多样，对DPN有多层面的保护作用。本文就木丹颗粒对DPN的发病机制的干预及临床疗效的研究进展做一综述，为DPN的中医药综合防控策略提供依据。

| Abstract: | Diabetic peripheral neuropaphy （DPN） is one of the commonly complications in diabetes. It has a complex series of pathogenesis and seriously affects patients＂ qulity of life. No specific drug can be used to treat DPN so far. However, traditional Chinese medicine Mudan Granule has compo4nd herbal formulae which has a variety of effects on DPN. The article makes a review of the pathogenesis of DPN and effects of Mudan granules intervention in order to provide the basis for comprehensive prevention and treatment of DPNby traditional Chinese medicine. |
