心肌梗死患者血清脑钠肽、血液流变学及血小板活化指标变化的研究

目的探讨心肌梗死患者血清脑钠肽(BNP)、血液流变学及血小板活化指标的变化规律。方法选择2010年9月至2012年4月于河北北方学院附属第三医院进行治疗的37例心肌梗死患者作为观察组,同期选择在本院进行体检的37名健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组的血清BNP、血液流变学及血小板活化指标并进行比较。结果观察组的血清BNP、血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞聚集及刚性指数、CD62p、血小板膜糖蛋白纤维蛋白原受体、CD61、GPⅡb/Ⅲa、血小板α颗粒膜蛋白140水平均明显高于对照组,且Killip分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级患者高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者(均P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死患者血清BNP、血液流变学及血小板活化指标均呈现升高的趋势,且严重程度对其升高程度有一定影响。

Study on the Changes of Serum BNP,Indexes of Hemorheology and Platelet Activation of Patients with Myocardial Infarction

Objective To study the variation of serum BNP,indexes of hemorheology and platelet activation of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods Thirty-seven patients with myocardial infarction in the Third affiliated Hospital of Hebei North College from September 2010 to April 2012 were selected as observation group,and 37 healthy persons at the same time from the hospital were selected as control group,then the serum BNP,indexes of hemorheology and platelet activation of the two groups were detected and compared.Results The serum BNP,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation and rigidity index and CD62p,PAC-1(platelet membrane glycoproteins fibrinogen receptor),CD61,GPⅡb/Ⅲa,GMP-140(platelet alpha granule membrane protein 140) of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and those of patients of Killip grading Ⅲ to Ⅳwere all higher than those of Killip grading Ⅰ to Ⅱ,(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The serum BNP,indexes of hemorheology and platelet activation of patients with myocardial infarction show increasing trend,and the severity has influence on the increase degree.
