摘    要:肿瘤免疫治疗已经成为肿瘤治疗的一个重要研究领域,免疫共刺激分子PD-1/PD-Ls作为负性免疫调节分子,在介导肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,对于PD-1/PD-Ls与肿瘤免疫逃逸关系的研究已越来越深入,主要包括其分子功能、表达水平高低与肿瘤预后的关系等,尤其是对以PD-1/PD-Ls为靶点的临床肿瘤治疗研究取得了可喜的成果。该文就PD-1及其配体PD-Ls的发现、表达、功能以及在肿瘤免疫逃逸、肿瘤治疗中的作用等的研究进展予以综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。

Abstract:Tumor immunotherapy has become an important field of research in cancer treatment.As a negative immune regulatory molecule,the immune stimulating molecules of PD-1 / PD-Ls play an important role in tumor cell-mediated immune escape.In recent years,the study of the relationship between PD-1 / PD-Ls and tumor immunity has become more deeper,including their molecular function,expression level correlation with tumor prognosis,especially in the research of cancer treatment by PD-1 / PD-Ls,gratifying achievements have been made.Here is to make a review of PD-1 and its ligand PD-Ls,including the discovery,expression,functions,as well as the relationship with tumor;and the PD-1 / PD-Ls application is also prospected.
