腹腔镜下与开放性肾癌根治术治疗局限性肾癌的临床疗效比较

目的比较腹腔镜下与开放性肾癌根治术治疗局限性肾癌的临床疗效。方法将南京军区南京总医院收治的98例局限性肾癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各49例,试验组采用腹腔镜肾癌根治术进行治疗,对照组采用传统开放肾癌根治术进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症等进行比较。结果试验组患者术中出血量、术中镇痛剂使用例数以及住院天数、术后恢复正常活动天数、术后恢复进食时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者未出现切口感染病例,发生切口侧下腹部皮肤感觉敏感4例,对照组患者出现切口感染4例,切口侧下腹部皮肤敏感32例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下肾癌根治术对局限性肾癌具有良好的治疗效果,值得在临床中推广。

Comparison of the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Renal Cell Carcinoma Radical Surgery for Localized Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical nephrectomy for localized renal cell carcinoma.Methods The Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command treated 98 cases of localized renal cell carcinoma were randomly divided into test group and control group,49 cases each;the test group was given laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for treatment,and the control group was given the traditional open radical nephrectomy for treatment,then the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding,analgesic use cases,length of hospital stay,postoperative recovery of normal activity days,and postoperative recovery time of food of the test group were better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The patients of the test group had no incision infection,incision side lower abdominal skin feel sensitive occurred in 4 cases;while the corresponding number of the control group was 4 cases and 32 cases,the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy has a good therapeutic effect on the localized renal cell carcinoma,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
