运用Orem自理学说指导精神分裂症病人自我护理

目的 :探讨运用Orem的自理学说对精神分裂症病人自我护理的影响。方法 :用住院病人护理观察量表(NOSIE)对 135例住院精神分裂症病人采用随机对照设计 ,实验组运用Orem理论采取相应的护理措施 ,对照组按精神科一般护理常规 ,在入组时和 2个月后用NOSIE进行评定分析。结果 :实验组社会兴趣、个人卫生等积极因素的提高和精神病表现、迟缓等消极因素的恢复明显优于对照组。结论 :运用Orem的自理学说能明显提高精神分裂症病人的自我护理能力 ,促使病人早日回归社会

Applying Orem Self- care Theory to Guide Schizophrenia Pa-tients to Carry out Self-care

objective: to discuss on the affect of applying Orem self-care theory to carry out self-care in schizophrenia patients. Method: nursing observation scale for inpatients Evaluation(NOSIE) was adopted in a total of 135 cases hospitalized schizophrenia patients via random control design. Patients of test group received nursing care by applying Orem theory. Patients of control group got common care as routine of psychosis department. Assessments were performed in all patients both at their admission and 2 months later of NOSIE. Results: in terms of the enhancement of social interests and individual sanitation, patients of test group were superior to that of patients in control group. Recoveries of psychchotic symptoms and slowness of patients in test group were superior to that of patients in control group. Conclusion: applying Orem self-care theory may enhance the self-care ability of schizophrenia patients. It can lead these patients come back to the society earlier.
