| 摘 要： | 人类pim-1基因编码一种丝/苏氨酸激酶(serine/threon ine k inase):P im-1,它广泛表达于人类各种组织细胞中,并且能够磷酸化多种在细胞凋亡、细胞周期调控中起着重要作用的细胞因子,如:STATs、Bad、cdc25A等,从而在肿瘤发生及发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。pim-1激酶可以作为肿瘤基因以及药物治疗的靶物,为临床治疗提出新思路。

| Abstract: | The human pim-1 gene encodes a serine/threonine kinase.It is expressed in many tissues and cells.Pim-1 plays an important role in tumorienesis and other life processes by phosphorylating different targets,such as: STATs,Bad,cdc25A,most of which are involved in apoptosis or regulation of cell cycle.It can serve as a target for gene therapy of cancer. |
