| 摘 要： | 我们对有较明显心脏症状及 ECG 异常而临床无心脏扩大和心力衰竭的病人采用了心内膜心肌活检(EMB),部分病例的病理组织形态学所见结合临床资料可支持扩张型心肌病(DCM),这些病人应属于 DCM 早期阶段。本文提示 EMB 对 DCM 早期的诊断具有重要辅助价值。鉴于 DCM 晚期预后不良,因此早期发现对改善 DCM 预后具有独特意义。

| Abstract: | Endomyocardial biopsies have been performed in patients with outstanding car-diac symptoms and abnormal ECG without enlargement of heart and cardiac failure.In some patients dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)could be suggested.It was believed that these patients belonged to early DCM,Endomyocardial biopsy was of importantauxiliary value to the diagnosis of early DCM.As the prognosis of late stage ofDCM is bad,thus,early detection is of specific significance for improving the prog-nosis of DCM. |
