| 摘 要： | 采用ＵＶ法及ＨＰＬＣ法分别对臭梧桐薄膜包衣片中的总黄酮及海常素进行定量测定，平均回收率为９７．０％和９５．７％。前者简便易行，后者对有效成分控制准确可靠，两者结合可为控制该制剂的内在质量提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | The total flavonoid and clerodendrin in Chouwutong Film-Coated Tablets were determined by UV spectrometry and HPIC,respectively. The average recovery is 97.0%and 95.7%.The first method is simple and available. The later is accurate and reliable for control of active components.Both methods combined can be as a reliable base for internal quality control of this preparation. |
