| 摘 要： | 目的:建立消炎片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中蒲公英、紫花地丁进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量:色谱柱为ZorbaxSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(24∶76),检测波长为280nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:TLC能明显地检测出蒲公英和紫花地丁;黄芩苷进样量在0.08~2.49μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.24%,RSD=1.52%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于消炎片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality criteria for Xiaoyan tablets. METHODS： Herba Taraxaci and Herba Violae in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC on Zorbax SB-C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.4%HaPO4（24 ： 76） at a flow rate of 1.0 mE . min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was set at room temperature. RESULTS： Herba Taraxaci and Herba Violae could be detected by TLC. The linear range of Baicalin was 0.08-2.49μg（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery rate was 100.24% （RSD = 1.52 %, n = 6）.CONCLUSION ： The establish criteria are suitable for the quality control of Xiaoyan tablets. |
