负压封闭吸引技术在糖尿病足治疗中的应用

目的：探讨封闭负压引流（VSD）技术治疗结合内科综合治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法：自2008年9月-2010年8月在内科治疗辅助下，利用封闭负压吸引技术，治疗糖尿病足共22例。男性9例，女性13例，年龄42岁～68岁。结果：22例患者通过内科综合治疗加外科清创VSD负压吸引技术的应用，其中19例患者糖尿病足部溃疡、创面得到明显控制，2例患者行足趾截肢术，术后远端伤口愈合良好。结论：VSD技术结合内科等综合治疗wagner分级2～3级的糖尿病足能明显促进创面的肉芽组织生长，帮助控制创面感染，效果显著。

Vacuum sealing drainage therapy for diabetic foot

Objective To evaluate the vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）combined with synthetic therapy for diabetic foot. Methods From September 2008 to August 2010, we treated 22 cases of diabetic foot with VSD assisted in the synthetic medical treatment. There were9 male and 13 female,with the age range from 42 to 68 years. Results A total of 22 cases were treated through synthetic medical treatment combined with VSD therapy,19 cases of ulcer healed ,2 cases toes or limbs were cut and the wound healing. Conclusion Since the VSD combined with synthetic therapy can promote the growth of granulation tissues,help eradicate infection and improve patients＇ treatment dffect.
