国产与进口甲巯咪唑治疗GD患者的疗效比较

目的评价黄芪注射液分别联合国产甲巯咪唑（他巴唑）或进口甲巯咪唑（赛治）瀹疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（GD）的疗效。方法60例GD患者，分成观察组和对照组。对照组黄芪注射液加赛治治疗，观察组黄芪注射液加他巴哗治疗。结果治疗后，两组疗效均较高，两组差异不显著（P〉0．05）。治疗后：两组患者FT3、FT4、TGA、TMA均显著降低（P〈0．01）；两组患者h-TSH均明湿升高（P〈0．01）；两组患者CD4下降，CD8上升，CD4／CD8显著降低，与治疗前比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）；但组问比较，均差异不显著（P〉0．05）。两组不良反应比较差异不湿著（P〉0．05）。国产他巴唑要相对于进口赛治便宜。结论黄芪注射液联合国产他巴唑治疗GD患者疗效可靠，安全性高，也相对便宜，值得临床推广应用。

Domestic Methimazole and Imported Methimazole in Treatment of Graves Diseases: A Comparison of Therapy Efficacy

Objective To compare the therapy efficacy belween domestic Methimazole and imported Methimazole in the treatment of Graves diseases（GD）. Methods Sixty cases of GD were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given Huangqi plus Thiamazole,and the observation group was given Astragalus plus Methimazole. Results After treatment,the therapy efficacy of both groups was higher,and FT3,FT4,TGA and TMA of both groups were significantly lower （P〈0.01） and h-TSH of both groups was significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Both groups showed that CD4 was declined and CD8 was increased, and CD4/CD8 was significantly decreased,with a significant difference compared with that before treatment （P〈0.01）,and however,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Methimazole was cheaper than Thiamazole. Conclusion Astragalus injection combined Methimazole in the treatment of GD shows the therapy efficacy is reliable,safe and affordable,worthy of clinical application and popularization.
