尿激酶联合氯吡格雷治疗急性心肌梗死48例的临床疗效观察

目的观察尿激酶溶栓联合氯吡格雷治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法静脉溶栓的96例患者被随机分为对照组和治疗组，溶栓前均给予阿司匹林0．3gpo，治疗组于入院后即口服氯吡格雷300rag，次日改为75mg，qd，po。观察两组溶栓厉的血管再通率及心血管不良事件情况。结果治疗组梗死后的血管再通率明显提高（P〈0．05），梗死后心绞痛、心律失常、再发梗死明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论尿激酶溶栓联合氯吡格雷治疗急性心肌梗死安全有效。

Clinical Observation of the Efficiency of Urokinase Combined with Clopidogrel on the Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

Objective To observe the efficiency urokinase combined with clopidogrel on acute myocardial infarction（AMl） patients. Methods The 96 AMI patients were randomLy divided into routine therapy group （control group,48 cases）and clopidogrel group （treatment group,48 cases）.The patients of two groups all accepted aspirin 300 mg,po before intravenous thrombolytic therapy,the treatment group were given clopidogrel 300mg qd as soon as the patients admitted,and changed to 75mg qd po from the next day.The patency rate of coronary artery and the incidence of adverse cardiac events were observed. Results The patency rate of occlusive in- farction related coronary artery in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of conlrol group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rates of past-infarction angina ,arrhythmia,reocclusion in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urokinase combined with clopidogrel are effective and safe in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
