| 摘 要： | 目的:观察分期动静针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法:将门诊确诊的160例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组,两组各80例,对照组采用常规针刺疗法,治疗组则采用分期动静针刺法,治疗3周后比较两组治疗效果及面肌功能评分的变化。结果:两组总有效率相当,但治疗组痊愈率81.2%,明显高于对照组的62.5%(P0.01),治疗组Portmann简易评分为15.40±4.86,改善指数为0.746±0.120,也分别明显高于对照组的13.79±4.37,0.708±0.109(P0.05)。结论:分期动静针刺治疗周围性面瘫在症状改善及痊愈率上远优于常规针刺疗法,从而可有效减轻面瘫后遗症程度及减少后遗症的发生率。
