综合医院内科住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪调查分析

目的：调查三级甲等综合医院（以下简称“综合医院”）内科住院患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪发生情况。方法：采用焦虑抑郁（HAD）情绪测定表，对我院（三级甲等综合医院）472名住院患者进行调查。结果：①综合医院内科住院患者的总体抑郁水平偏高，抑郁分为8．69±4．36，其中以肿瘤科、肾病内科和神经内科患者为甚；②总体焦虑情绪发生率为16．10％，抑郁情绪发生率为39．83％，均高于普通人群。结论：综合医院内科住院患者焦虑、抑郁发生率较高，护理人员应高度重视；肾病内科、呼吸内科、肿瘤科患者的焦虑、抑郁发生率高且程度重，护理人员应该进行有的放矢的心理疏导，以缓解他们的负性情绪，使之达到接受治疗的最佳心身状态。

Objective Analysis of internal medicine inpatients about anxiety and depression incidence in hospital.Methods Research472 inpatients in our hospital （first class hospital） with HAD. Results In general hospital, internal medicine inpatients ＇ overall high levels of depression. Depression were divided into 8.69 ± 4.36 .Among them, Oncology, Nephrology and Neurology internal medicine in- patients were staggering. Overall incidence of anxiety rate was 16.10%, depression rate was 39.83 percent, higher than the general popu- lation.Conclusion Nurses should pay much attention to the internal medicine inpatients because of the high accident rate of anxiety and depression in general hospital.Anxiety, depression and the magnitude of the high incidence of Oneology,Nephrology and Respiratory Medicine inpatients .And ,nurses should be targeted for psychological counseling to alleviate their negative emotions, so to achieve the best physical and mental state for treatment.
