小儿桡尺骨折的临床诊治

目的了解小儿尺桡骨折的临床诊治方法,总结小儿尺桡骨折的临床治疗经验。方法对19例小儿尺桡骨折患者进行闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定,然后经随访观察其疗效。结果骨折愈合良好,除1例感染外,无并发症,优良率为94.7%。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗尺桡骨折疗效好,创伤小,并发症少,是临床治疗尺桡骨折的有效方法。

The Clinical Treatment of Baby Radial and Ulnar Fracture

Objective To acquaint the clinical treatment method of baby radial and ulnar fracture,sum up the clinical treatment experience of baby radial and ulnar fracture.Methods 19 cases with baby radial and ulnar fracture.There were given the closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation.Result Except 1 case infection,all the fractures were healed well,no complication,its rate of good air quality was 89.5%.Conclusions The effectiveness of treatment of the closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation was very good,its wound was small,and the complication was little.It was the effect clinical treatment to the radial and ulnar fracture.
