眼前段重建与前房型人工晶状体植入治疗复杂眼外伤

目的　探讨眼前段重建联合前房型人工晶状体植入治疗复杂眼外伤的疗效。方法　回顾性分析 35例复杂眼外伤患者行 期眼前段重建 (晶状体、玻璃体切割与瞳孔成形 )联合前房型人工晶状体植入术后视力及术中、术后的并发症 ,并探讨该手术操作的有关问题。结果　 35例患者术后视力 >0 .3者 2 6例 ,脱残率为 74.3%。术中前房出血 4例 ;术后虹膜睫状体炎 35例 ,角膜内皮水肿 32例 ,眼压升高 6例 ,黄斑囊样水肿 1例。结论　眼前段重建 (晶状体、玻璃体切割与瞳孔成形 )联合前房型人工晶状体植入术是治疗眼外伤安全、可靠的方法 ,为无条件植入后房型人工晶状体的极好补救措施。

AC-IOL implantation after anterior eye segment reconstruction for treating complicated eye trauma

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of AC-IOL implantation after anterior eye segment reconstruction(lensectomy,vitrectomy and pupilloplasty) for treating complicated eye trauma.Methods Reviewing 35 cases of complicated eye trauma in post-operation visual acuities and complication with AC-IOL implantation after secondary anterior eye segment reconstruction (lensectomy,vitrectomy and pupilloplasty),and analyzing the question in surgery.Results In 35 cases,the postoperation visual acuities of 26 cases were over 0.3,and the disengagement disabled rate was 74.3%.In intra-operative complications,4 cases had hyphema.In post-operative complications,32 cases had hydrops of conreal endothelium,35 cases had iridocyclitis,1 cases had cystoid degeneration of macula,the intraocular pressure was raised in 6 cases.Conclusion The operation of AC-IOL implantation after anterior eye segment recontruction (lensectomy,vitrectomy and pupilloplasty) might be a safe and effective operation for treating complicated eye trauma.
