| 摘 要： | 以二维超声心动图对66例冠心病进行了临床分析。与5只健康犬经手术形成心肌梗塞的实验观察比较。结果表明心室节段性运动,比心电图出现缺血性图形早,且可定量分析,结合心功能测定及其它参数,对冠心病早期诊断、治疗及预后判断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The significance of 2-DE in diagnosing 66 cases of coronary heart disease was compared with its diagnostic value assessed on animal models( myocardial infarct produced in 5 healthy dogs) . It was found that the ventricular wall segmental rrovcment observed in 2-DE not only appeared earlier than the ischemic changes in ECG but could also be quantified. Therefore, 2-DE findings will surely play a valuable role in the earlydiagnosis, treatmert ard pregrcsis of ceterary heart diaease alorg with the heart function tests and other cardiac parameters. |
