人格与国企员工工作倦怠、工作投入的关系

摘    要:目的了解人格与国企员工职业健康心理状况的关系。方法采用工作倦怠问卷、工作投入问卷和艾森克人格简式量表对567名国企员工进行调查。结果高倦怠组和非倦怠组人数占总人数的11.5%和13.1%;高投入组和非投入组人数占总人数的23.6%和20.6%。依据人格类型中的内一外向、神经质、精神质,可以有效对国企员工工作倦怠分组和工作投入分组进行判定,工作倦怠和工作投入在人格上,表现为两种相反的心理状态。结论国企员工职业健康心理状况良好,从人格角度可以对其职业健康心理状况做出判定。

Abstract:Objective To explore relationship between personality and occupational health psychology. Methods A total of 567 employees of State-owned Enterprise were assessed with MBI, UWES and EPQ--RSC. Results Burned-out and non-burned-out employees accounted for 11.5% and 13.1% of the whole staff respectively, engaged and non-engaged accounted for 23.6% and 20. 6% of the total. Discriminant analyses were used to distinguish burned-out and engaged employees from their non-burned-out and non-engaged counterparts. It was shown that such a discriminant model was effective. Burnout and engagement were each other's opposites only as far as personality was concerned. Conclusion Employees' occupational health psychology condition is generally good and more attention should be paid on the discriminant function of personality.
