某公安院校硕士研究生的个性状况调查分析

目的了解公安院校研究生群体的个性状况,对警察研究生的整体个性特征进行评估,增强心理健康教育工作的针对性。方法采用《艾森克个性问卷》（成人版）（EPQ中国简版）对某公安院校研究生一年、研究生三年的研究生中随机抽取176名进行测试,回收有效问卷174份。与中国青年常模进行对比。结果与全国青年男女常模相比,男女研究生EPQ的E分较高（P＜0.05）,女研究生N分较低（P＜0.05）;男女研究生P分较均低（P＜0.01）;男女研究生L分较低（P＜0.05）;不同群体间个性各因子得分无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论公安院校研究生的个性特征良好,较全国青年常模有更加外向合群、情绪稳定的优点。

Study on Personality of the Master Graduate Students in Police College

Objective To evaluate the personality of the police graduate students and concrete a solid ground for the psychological consultation in police graduate students. Methods EPQ were used to investigate 176 police graduate students and the results were compared to youth norm of china. Results The scores in terms of E were higher than youth norm（P〈0. 05） ;the scores of N in female graduate students were lower than youth norm（P〈0.05） ;the scores of P were lower than youth norm（P〈0.01） ;the scores of L were lower than youth norm（P〈0. 05）. There were no difference in different groups about personality. Conclusion By contrast to youth norm, the personality of police graduate students is characterized by extroversion and emotional stability and honest.
