边检基层民警工作倦怠与心理健康研究

目的探讨边检基层民警的工作倦怠状况及其与心理健康的关系。方法采用Maslach工作倦怠量表（MBI-HSS）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对333名边检基层民警进行测量。结果1边检基层民警工作倦怠的情绪衰竭和个人成就感低下较严重,去人性化中等;2人口统计学变量在一定程度上影响情绪衰竭和个人成就感;3工作倦怠中的情绪衰竭和去个性化因子与SCL-90各因子及总均分的相关均非常显著（P＜0.01）,个人成就感因子与SCL-90的抑郁和敌意因子相关显著（P＜0.05）。结论边检基层民警的工作倦怠与心理健康的关系密切。

Study on the Relationship between Job Burnout and Mental Health among Frontier Inspection Police

Objective To explore the status of job burnout and the relationship between job burnout and mental health among frontier inspection police at basic level. Methods A total of 333 frontier inspection police at basic level were tested by using two inventories, i.e. , Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey （MBI-HSS） and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Resuits ①The emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment of frontier inspection police＇s job burnout were serious and depersonalization was in the medium degree; ②Demographic variables affected the emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment at a certain extent; ③There were significant correlation between the police＇s scores in the sub-dimension of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in MBI-HSS and the mean scores of each factor and the average scores of SCL-90, and there were also significant correlation between personal accomplishment factor and the depression and hostility factor in SCL-90 （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is significant correlation between job burnout and mental health among frontier inspection police at basic level.
