采用电影相位对比磁共振成像评价门静脉血流正常值

目的采用电影相位对比磁共振成像（MRI）评价成年人门静脉血流正常值。方法采用MRI电影相位对比法对82例正常成年人门静脉直径、血流速度、血流量进行定量研究，并对不同性别、年龄（30岁前、30岁后）分组进行比较。结果男性比女性门静脉增粗（1.31±0.18）cm vs（1.22±0.17）cm（P〈0.01），血流量增多（16.17±3.99）cm^3／s vs（15.23±3.35）cm^3／s（P〈0.01），但门静脉血流速度男女之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；不同年龄组间，门静脉直径、血流速度及血流量之间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论用百分位数提出成年人MRI电影对比法门静脉血流参数95％正常参考值范围。

Normal value of reference of hemodynamic parameters of portal vein in adult portal vein with cine phase-contrast magnetic resonance

Objective To study the hemodynamic parameters of portal vein in normal adult by cine phase- contrast magnetic resonance. Methods The diameter,blood flow velocity and blood flow volume of portal vein were measured in 82 normal persons with cine phase-contrast magnetic resonance. These data were analysed. Results Males were larger than females in the values of portal vein diameter and blood flow volume, （1.31±0.18） cm vs （1.22±0.17） cm,（16.17±3.99）cm^3/s vs （15.23±3.35）cm^3/s （P〈0.01）,respectively. There were no significant difference in blood flow velocity between sexes（P〉0.05）. There were no significant difference between ages in values of portal diameter,blood flow velocity and blood flow volume. Conclusion Normal value of reference of hemodynamics parameters of portal vein in adult are suggested with percentile in the range of ninety - five percent.
